J Roger Preston (S) Pte Ltd was the M&E Consultant for the re-make and re-branding of POMO shopping mall (formerly known as Paradiz Centre) at no.1 Selegie Road. With an NLA of about 17,000 sq metres, the development includes a basement and 10 floors, with 6 floors of retail space and the remainder being office space. New concepts in retail and F&B outlets have been added to enhance new dimension to the shopping mall.
