University graduates with a Bachelor degree or above in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical or Fire Engineering discipline, coupled with excellent communication and languages skill are welcome to start a career in JRP. We offer graduates comprehensive training programmes and mentorship aimed at developing engineers to qualify for accreditation by the relevant professional institutions. 

Candidates with relevant experience and Diploma in the relevant engineering disciplines are also welcome to join our team. 

JRP offer deserving and committed candidates in the local tertiary insititutions scholarships (in conjunction with BCA) in relevant undergraduate programs to complete their basic degree. In addition, we offer a number of internshp programmes for both local and overseas engineering students .
