Training and Development

JRP values staff as our most important asset in the organization. Continuous learning and professional development of every staff member is the key to the sustainable growth of our professional practice. Staff are encouraged to advance and upgrade themselves by taking further education or professional courses and research studies. Courses/ programmes which are directly related to the job or position held by staff will be supported. Engineering staff are usually nominated to attend external seminars / symposiums which are conducted by professional institutions / organizations. Where applicable, the fee will be fully sponsored and day-release will be granted to support staff career goals.
