There has been on-going upgrading and enhancement work carried out since 2003 at this sub-urban shopping mall. The entire building was revamped from basement to roof including the external façade.

Additional retail and F&B spaces are created. JRP was appointed from feasible studies stage to completion of each phase of the work in the past 6 years
