This project, situated in the Advanced Aerospace Industrial Park in Changi, has a GFA of approximately 6,200 m2. This 3-storey single-user factory with office facility was completed in 6 months in Year 2005 under a Design and Build Contract. J Roger Preston is responsible for the design of the complete mechanical and electrical services infrastructure, including a passenger lift within. the office block.
