This single-storey factory facilities, with part mechanical mezzanine and ancillary office, is situated in the Advanced Aerospace Industrial Park in Changi and has a GFA of approximately 17,600 m².  It was completed in 9 months around end-2005 under a Design and Build Contract. 

Apart from the design development of a complete mechanical and electrical services infrastructure, J Roger Preston is also responsible for the design development of sub-systems, like CO2 Gas Fire Suppression System and Coolant Oil Filtration System.  We also had the opportunity to work with the user’s Consultants from US and Factory Mutual during the course of this project.
