This is a redevelopment of the existing Faber House at Orchard Road.  The new hotel development consist of 200 hotel rooms from 6th storey to 17th storey with a banking hall at the ground level and a public space and link to the adjoining building at 3rd storey. With a GFA of 11,025 sq metres, the development is scheduled for completion by Q1 2026. 

The building has been designed to achieve Green Mark Platinum and Super Low Energy Building (SLEB) rating and MEP Prefab measuring (vertical, horizontal and plant modelues) compliance.
