This project consists of 2 blocks of 6-storey office / business park tower and F&B facilities located at the One North, Fusionopolis Link. The total GFA is about 25,500 m2. The project is awarded with Green Mark Platinum certification. The building is designed with high efficiency of chiller plant system and solar PV for renewable energy.
