This project consists of a 5 storey ramp-up warehouse, with high volume space and F&B facilities and is located at the junction of Benoi Sector and Benoi Crescent. The total GFA is about 90,000m². The project is aiming for Green Mark Platinum certification.

The warehouse is designed to be naturally ventilated and an engineered smoke control system is implemented for this project. Electricity at HV level will be provided with standby generator power. Due to its unique usage, an ESFR sprinkler system would be provided.
