This project consists of a 4 storey ramp-up logistic facility with warehousing facilities with high volume space and a 8 storey warehouse, canteen and ancillary office space located at Tampines LogisPark. The total GFA for the 4 storey and 8 storey block is about 41,300 m² and 11,000 m² respectively. The project is designed to achieve Green Mark Certification.

The warehouse has been provided with air-conditioning on certain floors and an engineered smoke control system has been implemented for this project. Electrical power would be taken in at HV level, with provision for standby generator power. Due to its unique usage, an ESFR sprinkler system would be provided.
