This project consists of a new 4 storey warehouse with high volume space located at 40 Penjuru Lane. The total GFA for the 4 storey block is about 24,000 meter square. The project is targeted at Green Mark Certification.

The warehouse is designed to be naturally ventilated for all warehouse areas. Electricity at LV level will be provided with standby generator power. Due to its unique usage, an ESFR sprinkler system would be provided.
