This is a 3-storey ramp up logistic warehouse at Jalan Ahmad Ibrahim, with a total GFA of about 45,000 sq. metres. The floor plate ranges from 12,000 to 15,000 sq. meters and a performance-based fire simulation system has been provided for the development.  Electricity at HV level, with standby generator power has been provided.
