The Multi-Storey Recycling Facility is a 133,291 sqm development sitting on a site of about 53,613 sqm located at Kranji Loop, Singapore. It consists of 3 blocks of 6-storey blocks with a drive-up ramp, comprising 48 units of purpose built tenanted spaces meant for dedicated recycling facilities. The development has been provided with an HT power intake with sufficient power for the tenants to carry out major recycling processes.  Performance-based fire engineering has been adopted for the building with engineered smoke control system to allow for more efficient and effective operation and minimize the need for excessive usage of fire shutters and other prescriptive means of fire protection.
