The B2 industrial development is an 80,424.25 sqm GFA development sitting on a site of about 32,169sqm located at Kallang Way (Geylang Planning Area) in Singapore. It consists of 1 block of 7-storey and 2 blocks of 9-storey multi-user general industrial factory with industrial canteen. The development has been provided with 22KV HT power intake. Chiller system is provided for the 2 9-storey industrial blocks. Full hydrant system complete with pumps and tank has been designed for this development. One of the industrial block is designed with the flexibility of being converted to a future Data Centre.
