The F&N research and processing development has a gross floor area (GFA) of over 34,000 square metres located on a site of approximately 13,900 meter square at Tuas Link 2/3/4.

It consists of a 9 storey single-user factory and distribution complex with ancillary offices and temporary industrial canteen. This development has been provided with an HT power intake to cater for  the factory operation usage. The facility is a smart factory that is designed with chilled state-of-the-art automated storage and retrieval system (chilled ASRS) which will support improved vertical integration and connectivity within the supply chain. Level 5 of this factory is designed to house a flammable material (FM) production area. This area is installed with a more stringent fire protection system (foam sprinkler and higher hydrant flowrate)  to ensure safety compliance.
