The J’den at Jurong East Central 1 consists of 1 block of 40 storey residential apartments a with sky garden (total: 368 units) and commercial elements at the first storey, Childcare, Clubhouse, swimming pool and communal facilities and 3 levels basement carparking.  The site area is approximately 7,771.20m² with a total GFA of 33,339.04m².

The use of Prefabricated Bathroom Unit (PBU) is adopted for the project for higher construction productivity. Prefabricated Bathroom Units together with M&E trades and architectural finishes are installed in a factory-controlled environment, resulting in better standard and quality of works in a factory-like production line. Completed modules are delivered to site; hoisted up, installed and connected for final testing and commissioning.

This project expected TOP date is Q2 2027 and JRP provides full M&E services consultancy for the development.
