Clavon at Clementi Avenue 1 consists of 2 high-rise blocks of 37-storey apartments (total: 640 units) with 1 childcare centre and 2 levels of basement car parks, swimming pool and communal facilities. The site area is approximately 16,542.2m² with a total GFA of 62,247.2m².

The use of Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC) is adopted for the project for speedy construction and better productivity. Modular main frame together with M&E trades and finishes are installed in a factory-controlled environment, resulting in better standard and quality of works in a factory-like production line.

M&E finishing works carried out in the fit-out off-site factory includes sanitary pipework & wares, cold water piping, water heater & fitments, electrical wiring & switches and a/c refrigerant piping & fan coil unit. Completed modules will be delivered to site; hoisted up, installed and connected for final testing & commissioning.
