The project at Kampong Bahru Road/Silat Road consists of 2 super high-rise blocks of 56-storey apartments (total: 998 units) and 5 existing conservation blocks of 4-storey flats (total: 84 units) with multi-storey & basement car parks, communal facilities and retail shops and childcare centre. Site area is approximately 22,852m² with a total GFA of 84,550m².

The use of Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC) is adopted for the project for speedy construction and better productivity. Modular main frame together with M&E trades and finishes are installed in a factory-controlled environment, resulting in better standard and quality of works in a factory-like production line.

M&E finishing works carried out in the fit-out off-site factory includes sanitary pipework & wares, cold water piping, water heater & fitments, electrical wiring & switches and a/c refrigerant piping & fan coil unit. Completed modules will be delivered to site; hoisted up, installed and connected for final testing & commissioning.
