The TreVre at Potong Pasir Avenue 1 consists of 3 blocks of 20 storey, 2 blocks of 19 storey and 4 blocks of 8 storey residential apartments (total: 729 units) with 2 levels of  car parks, swimming pool and communal facilities. The site area is approximately 18,711.2m² with a total GFA of 57,630.49m².

The use of Prefabricated Bathroom Unit (PBU) is adopted for the project for higher construction productivity. Prefabricated Bathroom Units together with M&E trades and architectural finishes are installed in a factory-controlled environment, resulting in better standard and quality of works in a factory-like production line. Completed modules are delivered to site; hoisted up, installed and connected for final testing & commissioning.
