The intelligent office building with its efficient vertical transportation system was completed in 1992 at a cost of almost S$300 million. J. Roger Preston (S) Pte Ltd was responsible for the design of M&E services for this prestigious 66-storey office building, (GFA: 130,000 m2) which is one of the highest in Singapore. Financial institutions and banks comprise the main bulk of the tenants in the building.
