JRP was responsible for the full Mechanical & Electrical consultancy services for this project for M/s Lucky Bright Star Sdn Bhd.  This project is located at Lot 67351 (1870 & 1871),  Jalan Kiara , Mukim Batu, Kuala Lumpur.

This project comprises of two blocks of 5 star condominium  with 40 storey 460 units, six storey basement car park together with other facilities.  This project has been certified as BCA Green Mark Gold certification.
