JRP was responsible for the full Mechanical & Electrical consultancy services for this project for M/s Sunrise Innovations Sdn Bhd.  This project is located at Lot 56953 & 57946, Jalan Kiara 1, Mukim Batu Dalam Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur.

This project comprises of five blocks of 6 star condominium where consisted of Block A 41 storey 132 units, Block B 43 storey 75 units, Block C 41 storey 132 units with two storey basement car park and also other facilities.  Also, this project would have the BCA Green Mark Certified.
