The project involves the Refurbishment of existing 32 storey office building (800 sqm per floor) with Retail Podium (levels B2, B1, Level 1 and Level 2) and extension of the  Mini Tower from levels 5 -12 (floor area of about 200sqm per floor) . Works included the complete reconfiguration of the MEP plant to facilitate the strata subdivision of the office block and the podium block as well as garner additional GFA. At the same time the MEP systems were designed to meet GM Platinum compliance.

High efficiency chillers c/w cooling towers and associated equipment were installed. The electrical and plumbing systems were designed and installed with necessary energy monitoring devices , linked to the BMS system to facilitate energy consumption metering complying to GM Platinum requirements.
