JRP is the M&E engineer for the re-make and re-branding of the prestigious Raffles City Shopping Complex.  

The car parking areas at B1 and B2 were converted to retail and F&B use while the retail podium at the first few floors were reconfigured, with the addition of a new 3-storey retail block. Decantment of plant rooms and other spaces were carried out to free up space and add value to the mall. The works has been completed and has brought a new dimension to high-end shopping in the prime shopping district. New concepts in retail has been added; new F&B outlets have been added, with the addition and provision of M&E services for new F&B areas.
