JRP was the M&E Consultant for the upgrading of Shaw Centre and Shaw House. The refurbishment includes the replacement of major M&E equipment, reconfiguration of retail area and integration of Cineplexs. The basement plant rooms were decanted and replaced by a new food court. One of the car park floors was converted to a retail space.
