A split unit air-conditioning system has been provided for the indoor spaces. The 2 storey multi-purpose hall consists of a basket ball court, a hockey court, and carpark on 1st Storey. There are 8 blocks of 12 units of guest houses with 2 types of design. The project has been awarded with BCA GreenMark Platinum.
