The development is located in the Novena area, above the existing Novena MRT station along Sinaran Drive. It forms part of the public circulation network, with connections to Novena MRT Station, Thomson Road, Novena Square’s retail podium, and across Sinaran Drive to Tan Tock Seng Hospital’s & Ministry of Home Affairs’ pedestrian link.

With a site area of 7,822 m² and a gross floor area of 32,855 m², the building comprises 4 levels of retail and 4 levels of medical suites. An additional retail level is located in the basement and connects to the Novena MRT Station concourse.

The Medical Center comprises 144 suites and is designed on a holistic approach, to stimulate positive response, and enhance a patient’s sense of well-being, as well as staff and visitor satisfaction, as part of the healthcare process. All medical floors are designed around a glazed central landscaped countryard to maximize views and light into all suites and corridors.

Suites are designed in a range of sizes to accommodate one to three consultation or other rooms complete with the combination of two or more adjacent suites, a large number of rooms can be accommodated. For convenience, in suites, a plumbing facilities have been allowed for in the event that washbasins and other sanitary services are required within the suites. The air-conditioning system is designed to accommodate individual systems for flexible control of air-conditioning within the suites.

An air-conditioned overhead linkway connects Tan Tock Seng Hospital to the 3^rd level medical lift lobby, for better integration of services between the two healthcare providers, Provisions have been made for a Diagnostic Radiology Suite where the necessary technical requirements can be incorporated. Lifts and escalators interconnect the medical suites levels with the carpark and transportation routes of the development.
