This is a mixed development at Rangoon Road comprising a mix of hotel and medical centre.  The 300 room hotel component would take up about 9,000 square meters and the medical centre with about 42 strata title consultant suites consists of about 4,000 square meters. There would also be 6 retail units at the first storey. The total GFA is about 13,000 square meters.

There will be separate M&E systems installed for the two main components, hotel and medical centre. The Hotel would have its own operator with experienced maintenance team whereas the common area of the Medical suites would be maintained by MCST.  These two entities also have different operating hours and the installed M&E systems have to cater in a very practical and economical way to suit the operation needs.
