It is the design and construct a new Immigration Headquarters in Area 67, Tseung Kwan O. The project consists of two buildings. One is 17-storey Main Tower comprising of North Wing and South Wing. Another one is 16-storey Security Tower and a 1-storey basement carpark (100 carpark spaces).

The project site occupies an area of about 17,200 sqm and the net operational floor area is approx. 57,400 sqm.
