The hotel comprises 24 guestrooms measuring 22 sqm in size, 66 guestrooms ranging between 35-40 sqm and one Penthouse suite, including a master bedroom and guest bedroom, totaling 140 sqm.  Site area of the project is 410 sqm and GFA is approx. 6,145 sqm.
