The development comprises two commercial towers of different heights on top of the commercial podiums.  The two towers are a 250m tall landmark office building (A1) connected with a high-rise office tower of less than 100m with sky garden and featured atrium (A2). The other tower is composed of a typical super high-rise office tower (B1) and a 5-star Hotel and serviced apartment tower (B2).  The two sets of towers are connected by commercial podium of 5-6 levels and basement, carpark of 4 levels.  Total GFA is 280,000 sqm.
