This project is a mixed unit development located in Chao Yang District in Beijing over a site of 41,000 sqm.          

The project will be developed in 3 Phases as follows:

Phase 1 - 3 Residential Towers to the North including the clubhouse and consist of 600 residential units and 260 below ground carparks, 40 above ground carparks, totally GFA is 83,550 sqm.

Phase 2 - 4 Residential Towers to the East consist of 800 residential units and 420 below ground carparks, totally GFA is 119,000 sqm.

Phase 3 - 1 Serviced Apartment Tower to the West and a retail podium to the South, total GFA is 70,000 sqm.
