The project comprises the construction of the HKUST Enterprise Centre which provides the CAT III laboratories, cleanrooms (Class 100 and 1,000), wet and dry laboratories, 2 numbers 300 seats lecture theatres and office accommodation, etc.  The building is a five storey building extended from the existing academic building. The GFA is 11,000 sqm.
