The project is the construction of 3 nos. Skills Opportunity School for students with learning difficulties and a Practical School for unmotivated students with boarding facilities.  The schools comprise classrooms, workshop / special rooms, assembly hall, resource room, remedial teaching rooms, study activity centre, interview rooms, staff rooms, staff common room, offices for school Social Workers, small carpark cum loading / unloading area, open playground and all necessary ancillary facilities.  The boarding section contains living units for boarders with attached sleep-in-rooms for staff, living quarters for warden, centre kitchen, dining / activity rooms and other necessary facilities.
