This is a redevelopment of the existing Office of Estate Development (OED) Building in National University of Singapore into Ventus – a 3-storey building of approximately 5200 sq m GFA, comprising office, meeting and communal spaces within the University Campus Infrastructure cluster.

An emphasis on sustainable and passive design was adopted, with minimal removal of trees and the design was carried out around the natural terrain and environment. Energy consumption was reduced and thermal comfort were provided for outdoor spaces. 

The building was completed in early 2013 and was awarded the Green Mark Platinum.
