It comprises three blocks of buildings, T1 is  for office building (GFA about 60,340sqm) and Hotel (GFA about 21,000sqm), with building height of 272m; T2 is for the service apartment (GFA about 39,000sqm) with a height of 190m; T3 also for the service apartment (GFA about 34,000sqm) with a height of 160m. It also inculdes the podium building for commercial and aquarium (GFA about 22,550sqm).  The total GFA of the project is approximately 270,000sqm.
