The project site is approximately 70,000 sqm and consists of a 3 storeys 30,000 sqm Production and Administration Building, a 5,000 sqm Utility Building and three blocks of dormitory for accommodating approximately 2,000 operators and management staff.  The Utility Building houses all the major plant rooms such as Chiller Plant, Transformer Room, Genset House, HV/LV Room, Industrial Water Treatment Plant, DI Water Plant and Pump/Tank Rooms etc.
